Optimized Inclined Paper Feeding Route
Natural inclined layout between upper and lower rolls guides paper to contact uniformly before exiting. The gradual pull angle helps raw paper expand into complete honeycomb mesh automatically with minimal manual pulling effort.
Adjustable Vertical Height Regulating Mechanism
Built-in hand-twist height adjustment bolts on side brackets alter the gap between two rollers flexibly. Users fine-tune feeding clearance to match paper thickness, ensuring stable forming for different gram weights of honeycomb base paper.
Dual-Roll Concurrent Working Design
