Step 1 Rotate the fixed tube to a suitable angle and then screw on the hand screw.
Step 2 Adjustable bracket tube angle after installing screw.
Step 3 Drill holes marked and secure them with screws.
Step 4 Insert the starlink into the fixed base adjustable to the right position.
